					## project Description

					*Brickline One* is a stilt + four-storey mixed-use building that brings together three levels of office spaces with a large residence at the top. Conceived as a lightweight steel structure, the building is wrapped with brick masonry along the outer edge to enhance thermal performance and add material depth. The planning is organized around a central staircase and lift core, allowing each floor to accommodate two office units with efficient circulation. Cantilevered corner balconies with integrated planter boxes extend the workspaces outward, paired with corner glazing to maximize light and views. At the top, the penthouse opens onto a large terrace shaded by a pergola, creating a seamless transition between indoor living and outdoor space.
