					## project Description

					The Arcade is a purpose-built corporate office building for a security systems company in Chennai. The planning was done to maximise floor area and also to create spaces for interaction and collaboration. Complete glazing was purposely avoided to make the thermal performance of the building better. Landscape is integrated with the building both in the ground level and upper levels with terraced balconies.Â
