					## project Description

					*Terracotta Loft* is a tropical residence, designed to elevate living spaces to the first floor to capture expansive views of the adjacent golf course. The home is raised on stilts, allowing the ground level to be dedicated to landscaping and a water body that enhances the microclimate. Accessed via an external staircase leading to a verandah, the design creates a gradual transition into the home while framing scenic views. A tropical modern massing with a sloped roof, adjustable louvres for privacy, and interiors featuring double-height volumes, sunken spaces, and a skylit staircase together shape a light-filled, climate-responsive living environment.
